I have encountered batches such as 240y for a piece of cloth, which is actually only 220y, but less than 2%. is normal.

Third, avoid chromatic aberration

Knitted fabrics have sub-cylinder numbers, but sometimes the cylinders of the same cylinder are different. In order to avoid chromatic aberration, it is recommended:

1. Number the pieces;

2. The cloth head is not connected, that is to avoid duplication of numbering, and the remaining cloth can be cut by a separate number;

3. The numbering personnel must be responsible and responsible, and can't make mistakes. Some people have seen that they throw away one piece if they are too many, and add one if they are less;

4, Rab should pay attention to the color of yin and yang in the same cloth.

Special attention: it is the same layer of cloth, it has one color on one side, but the color is not much different. Some cloths change color when they come in contact with the air. The fabric will change color when it regains moisture.

The positive and negative directions should be clearly distinguished. The printed embroidery should be divided into the craftsmanship. You can't divide the wrong number plate.
